Register to experience premium short-term living in different interesting locations and properties worldwide, exclusively for people above 55 years of age who wish to make new connections and be part of our community. At each location we have a live-in community manager who hosts and organizes social gatherings, tours and classes.
Immerse yourself fully in a new culture and make new friends along the way. We try to fit people in the same age bracket together. Each luxury apartment or villa has around 10 bedrooms with mostly en-suite bathrooms; you share a high-end chef’s kitchen, community dining table and community rooms. At each location we propose: curated events, discovery tours, fine dining, concerts and classes organized by our live-in community manager and host. You decide if you want to participate in group activities or do your own thing. We welcome single travelers and couples. The minimum period of a stay is 1 month starting on the first day of each month.
The monthly rent includes: Community of mature like-minded Explorers, luxury living, private bedroom, weekly cleaning, utilities included and high-speed wifi, fully furnished with stylish furniture, community rooms, fitness room and live-in host. Events, restaurant visits and tours are not included and to be paid separately. We request evidence of health and travel insurance for travels abroad.
