Our members are snowbirds, retirees, active adults, and golden agers, living
independently or in retirement communities / active Adult and Independent Living Communities, and those who wish to explore the retirement lifestyle of others.
What Does It Cost?
Join the Founding 200 members in 2026 and receive 6 months free, then USD 199 for your first year.
The regular membership price is USD 249/year, the cost of just one night in a hotel, unlocking unlimited access to home exchanges throughout the year and a world of connections and experiences.
