55plusExplorers: home exchange connecting senior living communities.

We are an exclusive membership club for people aged 55plus who want to exchange with people in senior living communities in the USA.

Our mission is to help you connect with members of senior living communities to enable home exchanges and friendship. Through home exchange you can get to know a senior living community without any cost for lodging, while you offer your home in exchange, this can be a different senior living community or a home. 

We want to enable a variety of vacation options for everyone, therefore members of our club do not have to live in retirement communities, but have to match the age group. 

As a registered member you can create disucssion topics in the Forum section, search for new friends or travel partners and like-minded people by interests, their location, gender or places you have always wanted to travel to. You can also create a Group in 'go local' linked to a specific location to post activities in your community.

55plusExplorers connects baby boomers, 55+, best agers, golden agers, seniors, active adults, retirees, snowbirds, mature singles and couples, who live in: Active living-, Independent living-, Niche Senior Living-, University Based - Retirement Communities and any form of Retirement and Assisted Living Communities.

Join us by registering, the memberships is free in 2024. In 2025 we want to enhance our offerings and will start charging an annual membership fee of USD 120 per year.
